The brilliance of discovery

Sirigen Inc.

Sirigen Products

Sirigen has introduced a range of fluorescent polymers delivering PE levels of performance off the violet laser. Conjugates made with these products exhibit up to 10 fold improvements in stain index in flow cytometry over those made with dyes such as Pacific Blue® and are compatible with standard staining and analysis protocols.

Pacific Blue® is a trademark of Molecular Probes.

What’s in a name?

Sirigen’s products are named according to the excitation and emission spectra. The First component – e.g. Brilliant Violet – refers to excitation by violet lasers, while the numbers refers to the emission wavelength. Hence, Brilliant Violet 605™ excites at 407 nm and emits at 605 nm.
